Although my range of therapeutic interventions is extremely broad, I tend to favour experiential and narrative approaches with couples, such as emotion-focused therapy and encounter-centered couple therapy, which combines Imago therapy and relational neurobiology.

I moved to Ottawa in 2014 to begin my career as a therapist after completing my Master’s Degree in Dallas. I am interested in the integration of psychology and theology and feel very comfortable integrating faith into counselling sessions.
