Résumé

Like a ship, our fragile lives can quickly turn upside down. External or internal circumstances have the strength to throw us into the water. Our first survival instinct is to reach out for help. By working alongside you, I aim to be a support in the rescue team until you reach shore safely.

Stephanie’s supervisor is Dre.Laure-Marie Carignan, PhD.

Stéphanie completed her bachelor's degree at the Université du Québec in Outaouais as well as her master's degree at the University of Ottawa in social work. She is a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) # 836926.

On a Personal Note

In my opinion, the well-being of a person is intimately linked to their environment and to their moral and spiritual support network. Therefore, the inclusion of the different spheres of your life and the integration your entourage are essential in therapy in order to flourish. Emphasis will be placed on creating a support network with meaningful people you can count on. This therapeutic process will provide you with better knowledge of yourself and self-esteem. You will come out of this storm with more resilience, strength, and wisdom than you could ever imagine.

when I'm not working, I'm likely either serving in church with the musicians, or outdoors working out, or at home spending time with my family.
